Trust and how we work
A real operator, since 2006
We have planned and run complete South America trips since 2006. Here is how we work, how we handle your money, and the support you have before and during your trip.
What we do
We design and run complete trips: routing, boats and lodges, transfers, guiding, and the permits and entries your itinerary needs, handled as one whole by one specialist. We work with vetted, licensed local operators in each destination and stay accountable to you for the entire trip. We do not sell standalone tickets or one-off components; what we sell is the complete trip, planned and run so nothing falls between the pieces.
One specialist, start to finish
The person who plans your trip is the person you deal with through departure. Your written proposal, your questions, your changes, and your final documents all go through the same specialist, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
Payment security
You reserve with a card deposit and pay the balance by bank transfer before travel. Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; we never store your full card details. Every payment is against a written plan with clear amounts and dates, every payment is receipted in your trip space, and your trip status always tells you honestly what is reserved and what is confirmed.
Changes and cancellations
The exact change and cancellation terms are set out in your written proposal before any payment, so nothing is a surprise. Some permits, entries, and cabin holds are date-bound and non-refundable by the issuing authorities or operators themselves, and we tell you which parts of your trip carry that risk before you commit, rather than after. If an operator ever cancels a confirmed piece of your trip, we tell you what happened, propose an alternative for your approval, and track any refund due to you.
Support during your trip
Before you travel you have a direct point of contact on our team, and your final documents include the support contacts for each part of the trip. If something goes wrong on the ground, you are not left to sort it out in a second language alone: we step in and handle it.
Reviews and traveler photos
We publish real traveler reviews and photos only when we have the traveler’s permission to use them. We would rather show you fewer, genuine stories than fill this page with stock images or reviews we cannot stand behind.
